I first went to TLC in 2000 and have been returning ever since. I am a Children’s Occupational Therapist and although I cannot always be at TLC I hope to be able to support the amazing and life saving work they do through this charity in the UK. I am hoping to return in the future to love and cuddle more wonderful little people.

I have spent fifteen months as a volunteer at TLC and am currently in my final year of a primary education degree. I hope to complete my NQT year by 2011 and return to South Africa to teach.

I have had the privilege of volunteering at TLC 4 times over the past few years. I am currently in my fourth year at Medical school and am about to return to South Africa to complete my Medical Elective. I will of course be making a sneaky visit to TLC whilst I’m there!

I spent six months volunteering at TLC in 2007. I am now back in the UK in my second year of studying for a degree in Human Sciences. I'm really looking forward to returning to TLC as soon as my holiday begins in June

I am a student studying to become a teacher. I first visited TLC in 2006 with Soapbox and then returned again in 2008 to help out during half-term. I hope to finish my teacher training and go back to TLC to volunteer for a longer period of time

I went to TLC for 3 weeks in summer 2008 as part of a team of Soapbox volunteers. I hope to go back for a longer period once I have completed my first year as a qualified primary school teacher, which I will begin in September 2009 after graduating this summer.
